What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Build custom business logic, integrations, automations, and user interfaces.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Work with Salesforce Flow and other platform automation capabilities.
Troubleshoot technical issues, performance problems, and integration errors.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Solution Architects, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Follow Salesforce development best practices around security, scalability, maintainability, and testing.

3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience building and maintaining Salesforce integrations.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data models, and platform limits.
Experience with Git and modern development/deployment workflows.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong English communication skills.

Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are a plus.
