What you'll do

Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce architecture.
Define data models, automation strategies, integrations, security models, and platform configurations.
Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.
Provide architectural guidance to Salesforce Administrators and Developers.
Review technical implementations and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.
Design integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms.
Identify technical risks, platform limitations, and opportunities to simplify or improve solutions.
Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation recommendations.
Support technical decisions throughout development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including significant experience designing Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, automation, integrations, and platform capabilities.
Experience working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and Salesforce development concepts.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns and enterprise application architecture.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.
Experience leading technical discussions with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently with distributed teams.
Strong English communication skills.

Salesforce Architect, Application Architect, System Architect, or related certifications are a plus.
